MDR Fitness Tabs contain no caffeine, no dairy or animal ingredients, no gluten, no herbals, and no fillers, dyes, yeast, sugars, sodium, or preservatives. This applies to Fitness Tabs specifically — check the product label for other formulas.
How fresh are MDR products?
Every MDR vitamin bottle includes a lot number and expiration date. The expiration date indicates when the product may begin to lose full potency. Store products as directed on the label and use them before the listed expiration for best results.
Can I take MDR supplements with medications?
