Is Coffee Good or Bad?

A new study suggests that coffee is good for us. The study found that non-smokers consuming more than three cups a day had a lower risk of atherosclerosis, a major risk factor for heart disease. Coffee contains antioxidants and other protective compounds for the cardiovascular system which may help reduce coronary calcification. Regular coffee consumption has also been shown to increase insulin sensitivity and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
